Its sinuous shape, surrounded by majestic palm trees, creates a truly evocative setting, further enhanced by two spectacular waterfalls that bring energy and movement to warm days from May until the end of October.

The freshwater is treated with the utmost care to ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards. The maximum depth along the sides is 2.50 metres, while the central section reaches a maximum depth of 1.50 metres.

The facility includes essential services such as a bar, open during the summer season, toilets, showers and access ramps, ensuring accessibility for guests with disabilities.

Access to the Piscina delle Cascate is reserved exclusively for guests staying at Regiohotel Manfredi, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable experience.

Access Conditions and Sun Umbrella and Lounger Rental Costs
Access to the Piscina delle Cascate area is free of charge for hotel guests and includes use of the swimming pool and pool bar.

Sun umbrellas and loungers are subject to availability. The cost of guaranteed sun umbrella and lounger rental varies according to the period and their location.

Sun umbrella and lounger rental is available from 9:00 a.m. until the pool closes, usually at 7:00 p.m.

A limited number of chairs in the Shadow Area (SHADED AREA) may be used FREE OF CHARGE. Availability is not guaranteed.

Opening Hours and Access Conditions

On the day of check-in:
Guests may access the Piscina delle Cascate area from 3:00 p.m.

In the event of an early arrival, guests may only leave their luggage at the hotel and may not access the swimming pool. Entrance is supervised at all times, and unauthorised access may result in an additional charge being applied to the room account.

On the day of check-out:
Guests may access and remain at the Piscina delle Cascate until 12:00 noon. The room must be vacated by 10:30 a.m.

On all other days of the stay:
Guests may access the Piscina delle Cascate from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sun umbrellas are not guaranteed. Sun umbrellas are assigned exclusively by the pool staff, subject to availability.

Sun umbrellas assigned free of charge must be vacated whenever guests leave the pool area, for example to return to their room or visit the restaurant. Towels or personal belongings may not be left on loungers or under umbrellas in order to reserve them.

Vacated sun umbrellas must remain available for other guests, who may use them under the same conditions.

The use of a swimming cap in the water is compulsory. Swimming caps may be purchased at the pool bar.

Pool towels are available upon request. A rental fee and a security deposit apply. The security deposit will be refunded when the towel is returned to the pool bar.
