Our Philosophy and Local Flavors
Sipontina cuisine—native to Manfredonia—is permeated with flavors from the sea, blending with the aromas of typical local herbs such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano. The fishing fleet of our Gulf city is one of the largest and most renowned in the entire Mediterranean: the certified quality mark "Pescato nel Golfo di Manfredonia" (Caught in the Gulf of Manfredonia) guarantees authenticity across the nation, where our local seafood is highly appreciated.
Our menu features a selection of traditional culinary dishes curated by our chef Giuseppe Faretra, who makes extensive use of zero-kilometer ingredients, incorporating vegetables and legumes grown directly on the property adjacent to the restaurant.
