For lovers of healthy and tasty cuisine, Manfredi Restaurant offers a varied à la carte menu carefully prepared by our chefs, to be enjoyed in a room with a fresh and illuminated interior style. Our staff, attentive and trained, will advise and suggest the right combinations with professionalism and courtesy.

Sipontina cuisine - or manfredoniana - is permeated with tastes from the sea that are mixed with the scents of aromatic herbs typical of this land, such as rosemary, thyme, oregano... The fishing fleet of the Gulf City is one of the largest and most renowned in the Mediterranean: the certified quality mark "Fished in the Gulf of Manfredonia" is a guarantee of authenticity throughout the country, where our catch is highly appreciated.

The menu has been selected from a variety of dishes of our culinary tradition by our chef Giuseppe Faretra, who used many ingredients and foods at zero kilometer - produced directly in the lands owned adjacent to the restaurant, such as vegetables and legumes.
