Guests will be welcomed at Tenuta Donna Vittoria Olive Mill, approximately 5 km from the hotel, for a journey into the world of extra virgin olive oil, discovering its history, unique characteristics and production process.

The experience begins with a warm welcome, followed by a guided tour of the olive mill, including the production and bottling areas, while learning about the history of Tenuta Donna Vittoria and the local olive-growing tradition.

The highlight of the experience is a guided tasting of five premium extra virgin olive oils, served with traditional bread from Monte Sant’Angelo.

The tasting features five olive varieties representative of our territory:

Leccino · Bella di Cerignola · Peranzana · Coratina · Ogliarola Garganica

A sensory journey through different aromas, intensities and flavours, designed to help guests discover how to recognise and appreciate the distinctive qualities of premium extra virgin olive oil.
